TECHNOLOGY AND INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS FOR WATER TREATMENT

MAXI-COMPACT

PLANT DESCRYPTION AND USE.

The system named MINI COMPACT, SUPER COMPACT AND MAXI COMPACT are widely suggested respectively for small, micro and medium size companies dealing In several working sectors. All components are installed (during in manufacture in our own company) on a main basement in order to get the very right functioning.
Their overall dimensions make the plants suitable to be installed both inside and outside the working building.
All the plants are controlled by industrial PCL equipped a digital display. That characteristic makes the plants suitable to carry on the water clarification and sludge dehydration process in a completely automatic mode without the presence of operator. Any possible anomaly in functioning is visualized on the digital display.

ANVANTAGES AGAINST TRADITIONAL PLANTS.

  • No foundation required for installation (money save).
  • No heavy means of lifting for installation (money save).
  • No hydraulic and electric connections (expect standard ones) required for installation (money save).
  • Installation and start-up time very short (money save).
  • Possibility to move the plats to different location without adding costs.
  • No operator is required during water clarification and sludge dehydration process.

Components:

1. Waste water well.
2. Submersed pump.
3. Clarifier.
4. Flocculant preparing and dosing station.
5. Pneumatic valve.
6. Sludge storage tnk.
7. Filterpress Feeding pump.
8. Filterpress.
9. Eletric panel.
10. Stocking tank.

How it works.

The dirty water coming from the production run are piped in the waste water well (1), from here the water is send throught a submersed pump (2) to the clarifier (3) where the flocculant let the suspended materials precipitate. The flocculant coming from the preparation and dising station (4), is sent in the pipe that litfs the dirty water. After the clarifier treatment, the clean water goes in the stocking tank (10), for the recycle in the lab, and the solid materials (sludge) to deposidet on the clarifier- bottom are discharged with a pneumatic valve (5), in the sludge slang tank (6). A feeding pump (7) send the sludge to filterpress, where solid and liquid are separated. The pressed solids are automatically discharged from filterpress and liquids are put in the production run again. All the system is automatically controlled by the electric panel (9), witch managed by a PCL with auto- diagnostic.
